Jim Pérez is the founder of Pérez Amigos and a lifelong creative strategist. He helps LATAM brands thrive in English-speaking markets by delivering four essentials: expert English, clear communication, strategic marketing, and cinematic video—always staying true to their authentic voice.

He began with Estudio Gráfico, launched the agency Pérez Montalbetti, served as Senior Creative at FCB, and later founded the production company Shrug House. Today, he co-leads Pérez Amigos.

Stefania Chamba is the co-founder of Pérez Amigos and a strategist who blends financial clarity with visionary thinking. With a background in accounting and 13 years of experience in London, she brings deep knowledge of European markets and helps LATAM brands align strategy, numbers, and storytelling for global success.
