With the monthly plans, you can pause and resume your subscription within a three-month period to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

When you select a plan we give you access to Trello. You can request designs directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it works for us.

On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

With PLAN 1, once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

With PLAN 2, once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered two at a time.

We are graphic designers. We deliver vector and/or PSD files to your team.

HOWEVER, we do have developers in our team. We can develop your website on WordPress using Elementor starting at $2500. A video chat is needed to discuss specifics and actual costs.

Most of our photography is original. But every once in a while we contribute and get photos from Unsplash.com. We recommend original photography as it is just that—original and yours. We can connect you with photographers if needed.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 10 days of service remaining to be used within a three-month period.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

You can pause your subscription when finished and return within three months with additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
